If I were to run a course in open source next term, I would certainly run through the a number of open source projects. I would also certainly have students get involved as contributors to an open project.
I would also want them to read about open source culture. So, it would be nice to have a list of readings. I guess that the GNU Manifesto and the Cathedral and Bazzar would be on the list.
Does anyone have suggestions for other readings that should be on the "standard open source syllabus"?
